Delivery time frames may be delayed, we will make every effort to get all orders sent within 2 working days (Monday to Friday). We are also offering FREE delivery on all gifts during this time for orders over $100. Please ensure that the delivery address there is someone at home or there is a safe place for the couriers to deliver this to eg front door or back door
Gift Shop New Zealand is an online gift store with products in stock but we also represent artists and companies from across New Zealand and around the world. Products are packed and distributed by Gift Shop New Zealand but may also be shipped directly by the artist and other companies. Upon completing your order the details are passed directly to the artist and/or companies who ship the item direct to yourself. Products are packed to our exacting standards. NOTE: 2 April 2020 from this date until lockdown ends all products will ONLY be dispatched by Gift Shop NZ unless stated otherwise.
Please be aware that if you order products from different artists that they may arrive as separate packages, although our store will allow you checkout in one grouped order.
Shipping within New Zealand
Delivery within New Zealand is included in the price of all products if your order is over $100. In general, delivery takes 3-5 working (business) days and will be sent as standard delivery through New Zealand Post or Courier Post*. This is not a guaranteed service, but we endeavour to have your products to you in a reasonable timeframe. If you have ordered made-to-order item, then we will keep you informed of the delivery time frames. Please note that with free shipping items are not insured and are shipped at the purchasers risk; we make every effort to ensure that items are packed to avoid breakages, but cannot be held responsible for breakages by New Zealand Post or Courier Post if the parcel is handled neglectfully.

Couriered Delivery Addresses
If requesting a courier service (upgrade on orders under $100), Buyer is to provide only a non Private Bag delivery address. The courier will accept physical and PO Box address. The buyer is encouraged to provide a contact number for courier to contact them on in case of any queries or problems.
During the order process the buyer must enter the correct delivery address including post code number. If there is any buyer error in the address specified, redelivery to the correct address will incur an additional delivery charge.
It is the buyer’s responsibility to promptly advise Gift Shop New Zealand if an order is not delivered when expected. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from a late or missing delivery. A late delivery does not constitute reasonable means to cancel an order.
* The buyer is responsible for any costs to track and trace an order.
